His love for cooking and over 10 years of experience have led him to become the Executive Chef of Café des Artistes Puerto Vallarta, an award-winning world-class restaurant.

With an impeccable 33-year career, he has risen through various positions since 1992 within Grupo Café des Artistes, ultimately becoming Thierry Blouet’s right-hand and Executive Chef of Tuna Blanca in Punta de Mita.
