With international training and a free spirit, Chef Vanessa Blouet brings a contemporary vision to the culinary arts, blending technique, local ingredients, and sophisticated aesthetics with relaxed elegance at La Casa by Thierry Blouet in Bucerías, Nayarit.

Originally from Puerto Vallarta, he orchestrates the marvelous gourmet creations that captivate even the most discerning palates. His love for cooking and over 10 years of experience have led him to become the Executive Chef of Café des Artistes Puerto Vallarta, an award-winning world-class restaurant.

With an impeccable 33-year career, he has risen through various positions since 1992 within Grupo Café des Artistes, ultimately becoming Thierry Blouet’s right-hand and Executive Chef of Tuna Blanca in Punta de Mita.
